Hi, I'm Blue!
I've been in the grooming industry since 2006, dedicating my career to creating a safe, comfortable, and welcoming environment for pets and their owners. One of the most rewarding parts of my work is helping pet parents better understand their dog’s grooming needs—and seeing the joy on their faces when they pick up their freshly groomed pup!
Outside the salon, I enjoy hiking, spending time at the lake with family and friends, and cozy evenings by the fire with my two dogs, Joey and Louis.
Fun Fact: I’ve always had a passion for horses and love to golf!
Gabbie | Salon Manager
Hi, I'm Gabbie!
I've been sharing my passion for dogs through grooming since 2016! I love that I can express my passion for people and dogs within the same field. My favourite part of my career is building trusting relationships with clients and ensuring their pets feel comfortable, safe and happy during their visit.
Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my dog, Chief, catching up with friends, and reading books.
Fun Fact: I grew up playing the fiddle and love to sing! I often sing to the dogs while I'm grooming.
Leia | Professional Dog Groomer
Hi, I'm Leia!
I've been expressing my creativity in the dog grooming industry since 2022. I have a soft spot for senior dogs. I love making them feel comfortable and providing a stress free service. Additionally, I find it very satisfying to do a good de-shed!
I grew up surrounded by animals - including 4 Pomeranians - which quickly became one of my favourite breeds to groom!
Outside of work I like to cook, garden, spend time outdoors and go to concerts.
Fun Fact: I enjoy doing dog sports like agility, flyball and disc with my dog, Lumen!
Sasha | Professional Dog Bather
Hi, I'm Sasha!
I've been working at Blue Dog Grooming since October 2025. I love forming bonds with the dogs that come into our salon and strive to ensure their pet parents feel comfortable leaving them in our care. I especially love seeing the relief dogs feel after a de-shedding package - it's so rewarding to help them feel their best!
Throughout my life, I've loved many different animals. I currently share my home with two guinea pigs named Archie and Ollie.
Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with family, friends, baking, being outdoors, and spending as much time as I can with animals.
Fun Fact: I grew up with three Rough Collies named Daisy, Duke, and Loki! Duke and Loki were sable, while Daisy was a beautiful blue merle.
